Overview

Our mission is to produce music for Lifebuoy's advertising that is different and more prominent than the brand's previous Tet music products.
Market share of 1.1 billion users, 60% GenZ, more than 154 countries globally promote "team" work culture: dancing, filming videos, pov comedy, etc.

Grasping this trend, Garnier wishes to have a music marketing campaign targeting this audience group.

Challenge

Create a music video that not only celebrates the Lunar New Year but also reinforces the core message of "Welcoming reunion, receiving prosperity." The goal was to use music to evoke the feelings of unity, connection, and abundance associated with family reunions.

Approach

We developed a 3-minute music video that told a heartwarming story of a three-generation family. The video focused on the idea that true prosperity lies in the shared emotions and moments of family togetherness during Tet.

Solutions

The song's composition was light, cheerful, and catchy, with a nostalgic feel that evoked the bustling atmosphere of Tet. The lyrics, such as "Prosperity is not far away, it's the path leading into your home," emphasized the joy and significance of family reunions.

To create a modern and appealing sound, we incorporated "plucked" instruments like the Glockenspiel and Array Mbira, along with synthesized sounds. The addition of traffic and bustling sounds at the beginning of the song further enhanced the authentic Tet atmosphere.

Results

After two weeks of its release, the song has accumulated over 10M+ views on TikTok and 3M+ views on YouTube.
